Body Fat Tracking

This is the program for tracking body fat that we use.  It's a simple Jackson-Pollock three site equation with some other figures thrown in for good measure.  Women are measured at the triceps, suprailiac and thigh, men are measured at the axilla (midway between armpit and nipple), abdominal and the thigh.

The idea behind this is that you should be trying to increase something every time you do your exercise! This keeps your body changing for the better every time you come in and doesn’t allow it to adapt to a given level.
